I worked there for a year in 2010. The academic director and co-workers are great. They don’t hassle you. Kids are not TOO snotty. It’s YBM, so the pay aint so hot. But absolutely no problems getting pay on time or all benefits etc. Though the vacation is kind of sucky (they don’t give you a full week off, you’ll have to work a monday, then get tuesday to next sunday off. This is all YBM though).
They were pretty good about hours too. I never had to deal with any of that 9-730 bull. The location is close to the good stuff like Hongdae, though the area of Mokdong the school itself is a bit uninteresting. It’s got all the staples though, e-mart and gimbap jeonguks etc.
Overall, a good school, especially for first timers. I recommend.
