The facilities are nice and the students, staff, class size and hours have been great. That being said, however, I must say that this school is being run very poorly from a business perspective. During my 14 months of employment with Worwick [to date], I have been paid late for the past 8. I am also, along with 4 other teachers, still waiting to receive my severance pay from my first contract, which is now about 2 months past the legal deadline. Additionally, the school headquarters has stopped making payments for our health care and pension plan, leaving us uninsured for the past couple of months. This school is presently very unstable and I would not recommend working here. Daechi Worwick has, for the most part, been a decent place to work. Over the past few months though, things at Worwick have changed. We haven’t gotten paid on time for several months. We have been threatened not to get paid at all if reviews like this were found online.
