You work exactly the amount of time you are told, the exact hours and there is not a concern about getting fired for no reason and we always get paid on time and in full. The friendship between Koreans and foreigners is non-existent, even if you try, and the friendship with foreigners depends on who is there at the time (less then stellar atm). However, the DIrector is generally very nice and easy-going, the head instructor and I took a little while to warm up to one another (I think my sarcasm never really hit home properly at first) but I've got no real complaints. Oh, and btw, this is Kids Club, not LCI All in all, not a bad place to work.
