It's an after-school program. Co-teachers are pretty nice and honest. They're not micro-managers either. I've had bad luck with equipment at the school, but no questions asked the company will try their best to get it fixed. Pay is ok and the only thing I don't like is how hard they make you work before and after your vacation time which they give you only five days to deal with in the summer and winter.
