I would not work there if you want an enjoyable year in Seoul, but from what I’ve heard it’s the about the same BS as any other English Hagwon. They are demanding and will be absolutely startled when it is pointed out that we are overworked and underpaid. If you want a light work load, go somewhere else. Runners are pretty normal and you can’t even have a beer with the Korean staff outside of work. Very bizarre.
