I worked here for 1 year. Overall, the experience was fine and I have no major negative comments to advise.
The director, Mr Han, pays on time and supposedly pays standard 50% insurance and 50% pension, but I never verified this. The salary is not great, but not terrible – I was on 2.1. The hours are 2pm-8pm; 6 X 50 minute classes per day, Monday-Friday. My apartment was very small, like a shoe-box, but I survived.
When I was there, there was a very vindictive Canadian girl – initials H.R. – who was quite nasty to most of her co-workers (including Mr Han). I was glad to get away from her, though I think she too has left for another job.

I also worked there for 1 year. The boss is friendly and clearly makes it a priority to pay the teachers on time, athough he and his one Korean employee are stretched a bit thin with their duties. Teaching materials are supposed to be provided, but are generally not sufficient and often poorly suited for the classes, so if you really care about teaching English, you’ll want to have your own stuff ready. Student placement is somewhat haphazard, and the lack of Korean teachers makes it hard to deal with the more elementary learners and the kids who just don’t want to be there. On the plus side, classes average only around 6 students, and the working hours (2-8) are the best I’ve heard of at any hagwon. Teachers’ apartments are in a nice neighborhood within walking distance of work and some good shopping. Seoul is just under 2 hours away by subway.
