The students, while sometimes unmotivated, are for the most part, hard-working and interested in the material (also very competitive). I work the least amount of hours out of all my friends here (15 hours/week not including my teacher classes) and so never feel overworked or taken for granted. I feel I am a viable part of the teacher community at this school. Though there are still the occasional last-minute requests (as is common in Korea I've learned), nothing has ever been out of line. Overall, I'd say this is a great school to be a part of.
