Gaya hogwan runs after school programs which are in the gray area between legal and illegal. I’ve worked for this kind of operation before, but am disappointed with Gaya. There is little staff support but a whole lot of unnecessary paperwork,”extra” forms, and distraction by the staff that has nothing to do with teaching. They ask a lot but give nothing (including supplies for the classroom).
