Furthermore, the school is full of racist Koreans who not only treat you with distain, they also talk to the students about you behind your back: For example, “%%%%% Teacher probably fled the United States because he killed somebody.” and such other stupid rot.

For the first four months of my contract with this haegwon, I didn’t even have health care insurance. This was an “oversight” on the director’s part and he claims he “didn’t know” that he was required by Korean labour standards to apply for his foreign staff.

Factor in the s$%ty accommodations that only has a bed and NOTHING ELSE and a six-day work week, and I think you can do much better than this crappy haegwon.
