Generally Berlitz at Gwanghwamun is a pleasant place to work at.
The strengths:
1) staff are very nice and professional
2) because the name is so big internationally they make sure that they keep their name clean.
3) try to keep things clean and aboveboard, there is a secret complaint line for teachers (maybe it is not so secret, I haven’t used it, etc.)
4) flexibility if you are a freelancer.
5) material is very easy to teach, there is little prep and little grading (if any).
weaknesses:
1) if you are a freelancer you do not get enough hours and you are at the bottom of the totem pole, this means that they will give you classes after all their full time teachers get their classes.
2) flexibility cuts both ways, just as you can be flexible and non-commital with them, so they can be flexible and non-commital with you.
